As has been mentioned the sincerity - in a Christian paradigm - would dictate the answer to the query. According to the parameters posed, repentance - an honest one albeit - would be sufficient to remove 'ownership' in this regard, imo.

Both God an Satan are invented by man, and are manifistations of humanity. Your soul belongs to mankind (and you), and that never changes.

Well, I believe your question points to an over simplified view of the forces of good and evil.
If you listen to the teaching of Kabbalah and other spiritual teachings you'll come to understand that the gates to God or Satan are inside you.
In Judaism it is explained in the small symbolic things such as every men is the representation of God and every men or women through their own three of life that is rooted in the divine and ends in the psychical body can reach God and has his own pathway.
It is all a question of choice, which path do you choose to follow the way of the holiness or the way of the impurity.
Both threes are there and the path is from inside you. At the end of the road of meeting you, you meet God.
