I don't know whether this is what you are seeking or not, but it may be worth a look. Try searching Gematria, the study of numbers in the Hebrew alphabet and the Pentateuch. Take a look at
http://cust2.iamerica.net/scap which is about Gematria: The Secret Code of the Ancient Prophets and is centered on decoding the Begats, Chapter 5 of Genesis. In the numbers and letters is hidden the prophetic outline of the 7000 years of the work of God to redeem the lost world of Adam from Satan. This, seemingly, most boring chapter is, indeed, one of the most priceless gems in the scriptures and has been trampled over for at least 4000 years - maybe more. The secrets of the Kabbalah or Gematria are well protected, which is probably the 40 year prohibition. It's secrets and mysteries cannot be wrested from it by the intellect and any unrighteous will be led astray to their own destruction by their own unrighteousness. Their own secret iniquities hidden in the unknowable depths of their hearts. On the other hand, they are open and will be revealed to he who seeks with a willing heart. The directions are open and simple. Just knock and ask and the door will be opened. Nothing will be kept secret. It does have a cost. It will cost you your life. The life of the old man of the world must die and be reborn again as a new creature by the spirit of God, who will begin a process of internal cleansing of old, worldly baggage. Perhaps, it was so fearful to the Hebrew of old, and still is, because it testifies of and requires acceptance of Christ and the infilling of the Holy Spirit. Which is in the meaning of Immanuel. He will open up as much as you are willing to accept. Very much a gentleman, He won't force anything on you, you are not willing to accept. The protection is like a passage in the O.T. In the wilderness with Moses, they saw a mountain afar off with the top afire. As they approached the mountain, they found it's base was covered by a dense, black cloud where nothing could be seen, but a voice only heard. Soft as a whisper but loud as thunder. Any living thing that touches the mountain dies. But, God, the giver of life, is into resurrection, and if one makes it through the fearful darkness to the other side of the cloud, he will emerge 'born again' into the Glory of God. So it is with the Kabballah (or Gemantria). It's a journey through the fearful, black darkness of the inner soul into the light on the other side. Few make it. Few are willing. But there is a vast multitude over the millenia's who testify to it's truth. Good hunting. You asked. Here is the path. May we meet on the other
