To all who have come here seeking knowledge,

If you would like to get a taste of just how complicated the subject can be, try reading through 'The Kabbalah Unveiled' translated by S.L. MacGregor Mathers.

If you want a simpler understanding, you might just look in the mirror. The basic goal of most occult, religious, mythological, and scientific thought is to discover ourselves. After years of searching for the meaning of life this simple realization set my mind at ease. No one must walk a labyrinth, study the tree of life, climb a mountain, or perform any of the thousands of other rituals to accomplish this goal. I will not deny, however, that for some it may help.

People pay psychiatrists to take them where they won't go on their own. Similarly, people use the various rituals, tools, and teachings they happen upon to find the ultimate truth. Unfortunately, one of the common occurences seems to be the losing of oneself along the journey. By spending ones life searching and trying new things, one can often manage to avoid facing the truth.

I ask you all, then, in the intersts of simplicity to try taking a long look in the mirror. Contemplate the idea that man creates God in his own image. All you really need to know yourself is to accept yourself as you really are. When you do this, others can begin to accept you too. Remember also that no matter what you do, not everyone will accept you.

We may yet hope that we will find the physical origins of mankind. We may hope to find the beginnings of the universe. We must understand first, however, that the key to our own existence and lifetime is inside us. It is not in the Kabbalah or in any other occult, religious, or scientific system.

With love,

Sargon
